1.Immunomodulatory and anti-tumor effect:

Shiitake extract lentinan promote the role of T cells to regulate the body's 

immune function. Shiitake extract can stimulate the formation of antibodies 

and the activation of macrophages, reduce the ability of methylcholanthrene

 induced tumors, so shiitake extract have a strong inhibitory effect on cancer

 cells. Shiitake extract lentinan be applied to the anti-tumor clinically in

 humans, lentinan can increase the generation of DNA synthesis and 

peripheral blood mononuclear cells of immune proteins called peripheral 

immunological therapies (Scheme efferent).
