　　山西明一牧业有限公司成立于2012年4月20日，注册资金2200万元。主营业务为畜禽功能性添加剂、添加剂预混料的加工、生产、销售，及畜禽养殖技术的开发及推广。先后与山西大学中医药现代研究中心、山西省动物药品与疾病防治工程技术研究中心、山西省农业科学院饲料兽药研究所、美国诺伟司国际公司、瑞士潘可士玛、意大利亚士可、及广州立达尔等国内外知名院所及企业建立长期的技术合作关系。2017年度营业收入达8678.43万元，税收48万元。（实际为畜禽添加剂的税收，预混合饲料属国家免征值税产品。）

　　Shanxi Mingyi Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd. was established on April 20,2012 with a registered capital of 22 million yuan. The main business is the processing, production and sales of livestock’s functional additives and additive premixes and the development and promotion of livestock’s farming technologies. It has successively cooperated and established long-term technical cooperation with the Modern Research Center of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shanxi University, the Research Center of Animal Medicine and Disease Prevention Engineering of Shanxi Province, the Institute of Feed and Veterinary Medicine of Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Science, Novus International. Inc, Pancosma, Ascor Chimici Srl and Guangzhou Leader Bio-Technology Co.,Ltd. and other well-known institutions and enterprises at home and abroad. In 2017,the operating income reached 86.7843 million yuan and the tax revenue was 480,000 yuan. The tax actually was for livestock’s additives, because the premixed feed is a kind of national value-free tax product.

　　I Project Contents

　　1.项目建设选址在示范区潇河产业园区,依靠先进的设备和工艺流程，建设先进的中草药生物活性成分提取分离纯化生产车间、功能性添加剂及中兽药制剂生产车间和中草药活性成分提取物工程技术研究中心，提取连翘、远志等山西道地中药活性成分，同时进行产品组方及制剂技术研发，生产驱虫抗菌杀菌、增强动物免疫力、改善畜禽肉蛋奶产品品质等功能性中草药添加剂。

 

　　1.The construction site for the project is located at Xiaohe Industrial Park in the demonstration area. based on advanced equipment and technological processes, the company builds advanced production workshop for extraction and purification of bio-active components from Chinese herbal medicine, plants for functional additives and Chinese veterinary drug agents, the research center for bio-active components from Chinese herbal medicine such as Forsythia and Polygala tenuifolia and other traditional bio-active components from Chinese herbal medicine in Shanxi. Simultaneously it develops technologies of product formula and agents, produces functional Chinese herbal medicine additives which can expel parasite, be antibacterial and bactericidal, enhance animal’s immunity and improve the quality of livestock’s meat, eggs and milk and other products.

 

　　2. 项目建设内容及规模：项目申请用地36亩，建设包括工程技术研发中心、车间、库房、废水处理、道路及绿化等建筑。主要建设生产车间12992㎡，原料库1512㎡，成品库1512㎡，办公及研发楼4050㎡（一层设置展示中心，二层设置会议中心，其余为办公及产品研发中心），倒班宿舍4050㎡（一层设置为专家宿舍，其余为员工宿舍），职工食堂720㎡，配电室100㎡。

 

　　2. Contents and scales of the project: The project applies for 36 mu of land for building research center, workshops, warehouses, waste-water treatment, road and greening. The main constructions includes workshop covering 12992m2, the warehouse for raw materials covering 1512m2, the warehouse for the finished products covering 1512m2, the office and research building covering 4050m2the first floor is set up for the exhibition center, the second floor is set up for the conference center and the rest is for the office and the research center, the shift dormitory covering 4050m2The first floor is set up as expert’s dormitory, the rest is for the employees,the staff canteen covering 720m2,and the distribution room covering 100m2.
